Parents and carers are being asked to check Norfolk County Council's website for updates on planned strike action by the National Union of Teachers (NUT).
The NUT has called a national one-day strike on Thursday 24 April, which will have an impact on schools across Norfolk.
Some schools are planning to close for the day, while others will partially close with some year groups and classes affected.
Norfolk County Council has set up a section of its website ahead of the strike so that parents and carers can check for updates.
The web page www.norfolk.gov.uk/NUTstrike will be updated as new information becomes available.
Any emergency school closures can be found on the usual section of our website www.schoolclosures.norfolk.gov.uk
Parents are asked to check that website on the day for a full list of closures.
Parents and carers should also listen to the local media for updates.
