Technical Manager - Diss, Norfolk - Unique opportunity to join the senior management team as the Site Technical Manager for a genuine market leading company supplying high caliber products to a high caliber, major multiple. You will be expected to maintain, develop and implement the Quality Manual ensuring compliance to the BRC Technical Standard and manage the overall quality for the site. As part of this role you will recruit, lead and develop the technical and hygiene teams including structure and succession plans. You will have set KPI’s to achieve and lead the implementation of systems such as HACCP and BRC and assist with the implementation of, and where applicable adopt, World Class Manufacturing Standards. The successful candidate will live and breathe their KPI’s and share the ambition of the rest of the company. Needless to say you must be in a Technical Manager capacity now and have knowledge of Operations and Engineering. You must have a proven track record and enjoy a challenging, fast paced environment and manage the customers expectations.
