Claims Analyst, Norwich - Norwich, Norfolk - Motor Trade Job: Claims Analyst, Norwich, Norfolk £17-20k depending on experience An exciting opportunity has arisen for a forward thinking and fast progressing company. The position of a Claims Analyst is essentially for a strong negotiator. The role forms an integral part of my clients Claims analysis service and stands at the core of their technological offering. Essentially the position is that of analysis, verification, critical appraisal and negotiation to settlement of the Clients credit hire and repair claims. The job role involves the detailed examination of payment packs, the assessment of key claims data against a template of industry standsrds, the compliation of correspondence either incorporating our settlement proposals or seeking outstanding information and the negotiation of claims to settlement with the Claimants Representatives. Key Characteristics: Strong Negotiation Skills Intelligence – to understand the credit hire system Intelligence – to learn the GTA Intelligence – to learn case law Confident Precise / accurate / attention to detail Good Telephone manner Inquisitive / analytical Committed Discrete Determined Patient Sense of humour Honest Previous work experience within a role with using negotiation skills required.
