Claims Analysist - Norwich, Norfolk - Our client is is a dynamic and rapidly expanding company based in Norwich, offering an innovative motor claims analysis service for major insurance companies and self insured clients. Candidates should have experience in credit hire and in particular the analysis, verification, critical appraisal and negotiation to settle of clients credit hire claims. This role involves the detailed examination of payment packs, assessment of key claims data against industry standards, compilation of correspondence incorporating settlement proposals or seeking outstanding information and negotiation of claims to settlement. Key skills : Strong negotiation skills. A good understanding of credit hire system. Confident, precise, accurate and pay attention to detail Good telephone manner. Inquisitive and analytical. Candidates should have good PC skills including MS Word and Excel.
