Sous Chef - West Norwich, Norfolk - Lead a team and inspire people? We are looking for a sous chef to assist the head chef in this 120 bed hotel. You will come with excellent communication skills, man management and a background in quality hotels or restaurants. The current set up include fine dining for up to 100 and C and B for 200. Job Description Looking after the day to day operation you will be accountable for your team and section as directed by the Head chef. In his absence you will be in charge. Menu creation and budgeting will be required and the ability to forecast staffing levels and costs. You will be required to carry out training and develop junior members of the team. You will be consistent and dedicated. The client will initially require your up to date cv.
