TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR/NORWICH - Norwich, Norfolk, Norfolk - TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR/NORWICH
Location: Trowse, Norwich
Salary & Benefits: ?13,500 per annum- This is a 6 month fixed term contract

Role Information:
An Administrator is required to provide a high level administration service as well as being a first point of contact for employees and line managers needing support or assistance with regards to activities that come into the Learning & Development team.

Our client is a dynamic integrated support and construction services company operating across the UK.

This Administrator position will include but is not limited to the following duties:
Provide a Training Administrative service, including front line support, to employees, managers and the HR function
Identify and respond to customer needs and ensure customer service is effective and meets requirements
Issuing automated booking confirmation notifications via email
Logging, scanned & Issuing certificates in-line with internal/external bookings process
Work to meet agreed KPIs and SPA requirements
Provide records/certification as required for audit purposes
Liaison with in-house trainers
Issue training renewal notifications & action responses
Keeping the Training Suppliers Database and training supplier files up to date
Participate in cross-team training to maximise contribution to the overall HR Service and build personal depth and breadth of knowledge
Work proactively with colleagues across the HR Function to ensure an integrated approach to HR service delivery.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Essential Skills:
Administration experience
Customer service experience
Experience of working with budgets.
Understanding of KPIs, SPA's, and escalation procedures
Computer literate
Production of reports
