Health & Safety Manager / Site Safety Coordinator - Norfolk, Norfolk - Health & Safety Manager / Site Safety Coordinator Norfolk £45 - £50K + Package An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced NEBOSH Diploma qualified/ NVQ Level 4 Health and Safety professional to join this genuine blue chip manufacturer and help to further drive through their leading edge safety culture at their World Class Manufacturing facility. Reporting into the Factory Manager you will help support the businesses objective of operating safe and legally compliant sites. A natural people person you will be an effective influencer across all levels to help ensure you provide the site with a world class Safety Business Management System whilst ensuring that people take effective ownership of Health & Safety within their roles. To be considered for this role you will need NEBOSH Diploma Level 6 or its equivalent and have relevant experience of managing safety within a High Hazard environment such as Chemical, Power Stations, Petrol Chemicals, Engineering or Utilities i.e. Water. This is essential as this is a very demanding but highly rewarding role. With a safety culture of Continuous Improvement you will be required to come in and challenge the status quo with a proactive attitude. Driven to improve, you will ideally have experience of working with Safety Management System OHSAS 18001.
