Deputy Store Manager - Norwich, Norfolk - DEPUTY MANAGER OUR CLIENT Our client is a well known blue chip fashion retailer selling hundreds of sought after designer and home brands.They recognise that success starts with people and value individuals who are passionate about delivering great products and service to all their customers in every channel of operation. They are opening a new store and need to recruit experienced members of staff. THE ROLE They are now looking to recruit an experienced Deputy Manager for their store. Reporting directly to the Store Manager you will be accountable for the following: •Providing excellent customer service within your department/s and leading by example. •Managing the visual standards within your area •Managing and developing all staff. •Managing all costs in line with the departmental budgets. •Managing all promotional activity. •Delivering on store KPI’s – including account card performance. IDEAL CANDIDATE •Previous blue-chip, retail management experience. •Experience of controlling costs and managing budgets. •Volume people management experience. •Experience of managing a volume turnover environment.
