Programme Area Leader in Early Years - Norwich, Norfolk - This post presents an ideal opportunity for a person with a strong background in managing vocational learners in an educational setting who want to take the next step on their ambitious career ladder into a challenging management role. The Programme Manager role carries a people and resources management responsibility with an agreed training/teaching load in the curriculum area managed. You will have a record of recent success in supporting learners to achieve and you will have achieved a high standard in your own training/teaching and learning career. You will be responsible for developing the provision in Early Years. Details •Salary: £38,346 - £41,403 •Hours: Full-Time •Duration: Permanent Essentials Degree or equivalent Teaching Qualifications (Cert ed, PGCE, 7307, 7407, PTLLS etc) At least two years experience in teaching at FE level Experience of recent success in supporting learners to achieve A high standard of your own in your teaching/learning career A desire to pass on your skills and experience.
