Lettings Negotiator - Norwich, Norfolk - Our client, one of the most established and resilient property management firms in the region, is seeking an experienced lettings negotiator to join their busy and growing team. Your main responsibilities will include:- * Booking viewings * Negotiating offers from prospective tenants * Valuations and rental appraisals * Brokering deals between Landlords and Tenants * Offering a fantastic level of customer service and professionalism * Assisting in developing new business for the branch * Registering new tenants/landlords * Update properties on websites * Maintain company database Requirements To be successful with this excellent opportunity, you will be an excellent communicator, possess strong organisational and sales knowledge and possess the desire and motivation to succeed.
