QA Manager - Norfolk, Norfolk - QA Manager – Norfolk - £30,000 A Quality Assurance Manager is required by a highly regarded food manufacturing organisation that provides premium chilled products from their site in Norfolk. As Quality Manager you will assist the Technical Manager to administer and control all activities associated with operation for the quality department. You will have full management responsibility for a team of 12 QA Technicians, ensuring their motivation and development. The ideal candidate will be an experienced QA Manager within a chilled food manufacturing environment with a strong technical knowledge. You will be passionate about delivering the highest quality standards to customers and consumers alike. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of developing teams required. You will also need effective communication skills at all levels, this is a customer facing role where you will need to be able to visit customers and suppliers. Previous experience within a chilled high risk environment is essential.
